Return & Refund Policy – Virex Watch
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in good condition and returned in its original packaging and with all included accessories. If a returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse, the refund amount may be reduced to reflect the diminished value.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

Custom dials
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Virex Watch is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the situation and product type, we may offer a replacement or refund. The appropriate solution will be determined based on whether the issue was caused during production, shipping, or use.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Order Cancellations
Orders for custom dials cannot be cancelled more than 24 hours after the order has been placed, as production begins shortly after.
