1. Our Products
We sell watch parts and custom dials, designed and laser-cut based on your inspiration. Custom orders must not infringe on trademarks or copyrights.

2. Orders & Payment
We accept PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit cards, and other payment options. Payment must be completed before we process your order.

3. Shipping
We ship worldwide within 5 business days. Customers are responsible for import duties or taxes.

4. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy, available on the website.

5. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, and images belong to Virex Watch. You keep ownership of your submitted ideas, but grant us permission to create your custom product.

6. Liability
We are not responsible for damage or misuse of products after delivery. Products are intended for personal use only.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Netherlands law (EU). Any disputes are subject to Dutch courts.
