In the event a watch fails to operate due to our work, it may be returned for complimentary repair. The customer is responsible for handling processing and shipping.

Virex Watch Co. provides technical services relating to watches, including but not limited to inspection, maintenance, repair, restoration, and assembly.

Virex Watch Co. does not sell watches or watch components and is not involved in the production, distribution, import, export, or trade of replica watches or replica parts.

All watches and components submitted or shipped to Virex Watch Co. remain the sole property of the customer at all times. By sending a watch or components to Virex Watch Co., the customer represents and warrants that:

1. they are the lawful owner of the watch and/or components, or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
   
2. Virex Watch Co. is engaged solely to perform technical service work;
   
3. Virex Watch Co. has no involvement in the sourcing, purchase, supply, or trade of the watch or components.
   

Virex Watch Co. performs work strictly at the customer’s request and accepts no responsibility for the origin, authenticity, trademark status, or commercial use of any watch or components supplied by the customer.

By using the services of Virex Watch Co., the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
